Jeanette welcomes you to the beautiful luxury apartments at Cetacea.

Cetacea is situated on the Merimbula Lake edge. From all the units there is a clear view of the town across the lake. When night falls on the units the view improves, with the lights of the town reflecting a rainbow of colours on the water. These views can be experienced from the unit balconies or from inside through the large front windows. Or if you dare, while you lay in bed in the main bedroom.

We have eight fully self-contained luxury apartments which all have access to a solar heated salt-water pool and poolside barbeque area. There is also off the road parking behind the apartments.

All the apartments kitchens have have a full compliment of crockery, cutlery, utensils, dishwasher, full sized fridge, stove and microwave.

In the living area, for your comfort and convenience, there is a direct dial phone, full lounge suite, dining table and chairs, television and video and reverse cycle air conditioning.

The main bathroom consists of separate shower and spa bath as well as a laundry tub, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

All linen is provided. We have a portable cot for hire and high chair.

Two-Bedroom Apartments; Ground Floor

These are designed to sleep a maximum of four people. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and ensuite and has great views across the lake to the town. The second bedroom has two king size single beds. All rooms have built in robes.

Three-Bedroom Apartments; First Floor

These are designed to sleep a maximum of six people. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and and an ensuite. It has spectacular views across the lake to the town. The other two rooms have king single beds. All rooms have built in robes.

Extra persons are at the discretion of management; a cost will be incurred.

RULES:

Cetacea has a NON SMOKING policy within all units. Guests found to have smoked in the units will automatically incur a penalty of initially $50 followed by the cost incurred for the full damage. Receptacles are provided throughout the grounds to cater for smokers.

To cater for safety of all guests, skateboards, scooters, bikes and similar equipment must not be ridden within the complex.

Balls must not be bounced near the apartments, on the stairways, in the units, against the windows or against the ceiling.

Children must be supervised at all times in the swimming pool area. The pool is for Cetacea's guests only as stated on the pool sign.

A boat wash is available opposite the Merimbula/Pambula Golf Club, which is environmentally friendly as all our drains are for storm water only.

The Fishpen Peninsula on which Cetacea is located is a quite North Eastern sunny position. There is only a three/five minute walk to the main beach, children's playground, convenience store, take-away, bike hire and fish tackle shop. The lake's edge gives you the convenience of fishing, prawning, boating and swimming.

Weekly bookings

High Season over 12 weeks full refund; 6-12 weeks half refund; 6 weeks or

less no refund

Low Season over 4 weeks full refund; 4 weeks half refund; 3 weeks or less

no refund.

Short stays and overnight must be paid for in advance; no refund.

All booking cancellations will extract a $60 administration fee. There will be

no refund on early departure.
